Co-owner at Will Charles Salon, Erik Howard, approaches haircutting with a conscientious eye and a sensitive hand. As part of the industry since 2004 his primary training is in Sassoon method as well as attending classes by L’Oreal Professional in SOHO. Erik believes that educating his clients so they can make successful style decisions allows for a platform to build a strong and unique relationship that’s honest, caring, and long lasting.
